SERVICES: 10 a.m. today at Fulton Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home with the Rev. Terry L. Meiners.

FULTON, Ill. — Tim J. Bodine, 55, of Fulton, died Friday at his home.

He was born May 28, 1951, in Alton, Ill., to Monte E. and Wanetta M. Smith Bodine. He married Yvonne Elmendorf in Alton. He then married Wilma June Rich in September of 1979 in Byron, Ill.

He was educated in Alton grade schools and graduated from Alton High School.

He attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Ill., for three years.

He served in the U.S. Army.

He was a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 618, DeKalb, Ill., and Union Local 501, Aurora, Ill. He also was a member of A.B.A.T.E. of Iowa District 21, Elks Club and American Legion in Robinson, Ill.

Survivors include his companion, Barb Reveerts of Leaf River, Ill.; three daughters, Ann (Jason) Dickerson, Brigit Bodine and Ashley Bodine, all of Robinson; one son, Alex (Falisa) Rabozzi of Alton; six grandchildren; one brother, Monte Bodine of Alton; one niece and one nephew; and one sister-in-law, Penny Bodine.
