Estelene L. Simons

Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. today at Pape Funeral Home, Clinton.

SERVICES: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

CLINTON — Estelene L. Simons, 63, of Camanche, died Sunday at her home.

Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Camanche.

Pallbearers will be Randy Bray, Nicholas Simons, Robert and Andrew Ball and Mike and Josh Capion.

She was born March 30, 1943, in Iowa City to Raymond and Caroline Jones Rannfeldt. She married Richard Simons on June 7, 1958, in Clinton. He died in 2004.

She was a homemaker and more recently worked at Wal-Mart as a greeter.

She attended First United Methodist Church, Clinton.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Brenda (Edward) Fritz and Shelly Ball, both of Clinton; one son, Richard (Gail) Simons of Albany, Ill.; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Linda (Joe) McGlynn and Mrs. Pat (Jim) Capion, both of Camanche; and two brothers, Ray “Butch” (Sandy) Rannfeldt of Reinbeck and Ralph (Cheryl) Rannfeldt of Argo Fay, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
