Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. today at Calvary Lutheran Church, Sabula. Law-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
SERVICES: 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church with the Rev. Robert Krueger officiating.
SABULA — Janette A. Highstrom, 85, of Sabula, died Tuesday at her home.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Sabula.
She was born May 7, 1921, in Sterling, Iowa, to William and Laura Bruhn Johnson. She married Raymond E. Highstrom on June 3, 1939, in Clinton. He died in 2001.
She was a lifetime member of Calvary Lutheran Church.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, Delbert “Hans” (Carol) Highstrom of Preston, Benjamin “Emil” Highstrom of Sabula and Dennis (Brenda) Highstrom of Sabula; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, five brothers and four sisters.
