Visitation: 3 to 7 p.m. today at Pape Funeral Home, Clinton, and from 9 a.m. until the service time Saturday at the church.

SERVICES: 10 a.m. Saturday at Faith Lutheran Church, Andover, with the Rev. Judy A. Heinrich officiating.

CLINTON — Vietta A. Wilke, 100, of the Alverno Health Care Facility, died Wednesday at Mercy North Hospital.

Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Roger Wilke, Terry Greve, Scott Jepsen, Butch Umble, Brian Costigan and Tim Hess.

She was born Feb. 23, 1906, in Ten Mile, Clinton County, to Anton and Amelia Mason Voss. She married John Wilke on June 14, 1933, in Clinton. He died in 1990.

She worked at the Voss family store in Ten Mile prior to her marriage. She and her husband moved to Andover in 1947 where they owned and operated the Wilke Grocery Store until 1979.

She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, the Caring Circle and Altar Guild. She also was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and the Odeon Club.

Survivors include two daughters, Glorianne (Willis) Greve of Bryant and Sharon (Larry) Jepsen of Clinton; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one grandchild, three brothers and three sisters.
