CLINTON — Jane C. Jackson, 86, of Clinton, died Monday at the Alverno Health Care Facility, Clinton.
Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery.
She was born Nov. 18, 1919, in Morrison, Ill., to Paul E. and Mary E. Carroll Richmond. She married Joseph Jackson on Oct. 5, 1940, in Clinton.
She graduated from Morrison High School in 1937.
She was a member of First Baptist Church where she was active in various committees.
She retired from Promotional Fulfillment Corp., Camanche, in 1983.
Survivors include daughters, Patricia (Ken) Milder of Clinton and Virginia (Ray) Jennings of Muscatine; one son, Joel (Pam) Jackson of Spencer; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jo Ann (Merle) Linton of Sterling, Ill., and Mary Lou Johnson of San Bernardino, Calif.; and two brothers, Harry (Pat) Richmond of Morrison and Daniel (Lois) Richmond of Janesville, Wis.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Clinton, or the Alzheimer’s Association.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one sister, four brothers and one grandchild.
