SERVICES: 2 p.m. Friday at the church.
SAVANNA, Ill. — Jennie G. Vesely, 97, of Savanna, died Saturday at Big Meadows Nursing Home, Savanna.
Burial will be in Savanna Township Cemetery.
She was born April 14, 1909, in Tell, Wis., to Louis and Elva Fosdick Reed. She married Raymond Vesely on Jan. 21, 1929, in Winona, Minn. He died in 1970.
She was a supervisor at the Savanna Garment Co. and also was employed as an assembler with Eaton Corp., Hanover, Ill.
Survivors include one daughter, Esther Goss of Savanna; one daughter-in-law, Ada Vesely of Savanna; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, one grandchild, one great-grandchild and three sisters.
