CLINTON — Eugene C. Schreiner, 81, of Clinton, died Thursday at his home.
He was born April 8, 1925, in Carroll County, Ill., to Jess and Bessie Smith Schreiner.
He graduated from Chadwick (Ill.) High School in 1943.
He farmed in Illinois and Iowa.
Survivors include one daughter, Jackie Galli of Springfield, Ill.; one son, Steven of California; and one sister, Marilyn Weaver of Sterling, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
