Joanne Hlubek Fagan

SERVICES: 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Nepomucene Church, Fort Atkinson. Huber Funeral Home, Excelsior, is in charge of arrangements.

MINNETONKA, Minn. — Joanne Hlubek Fagan, 77, of Minnetonka and formerly of Clinton, died Friday at Little Hospice, Edina, Minn.

Burial will be in Fort Atkinson Cemetery with a fellowship luncheon afterward at the community center.

She was born Dec. 14, 1928, to Adolph J. and Regina Kuhn Hlubek in Fort Atkinson.

She attended schools in Melrose and Amboy, Ill.

She worked as a secretary for many years with Interstate Power Co., Clinton.

She was an active member of St. John’s Catholic Church, Excelsior, where she sang in the church choir.

Survivors include two sons, Keenan of Seoul, Korea, and Christopher of Minneapolis; three brothers, Paul (Sandi) of Pensacola Beach, Fla., Tom of Gowrie and Jeff of Oxford; one sister-in-law, Phyllis Hlubek of Sabula; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two brothers and parents.

Death date: Sept. 15, 2006
