CLINTON — Lexxi Lynn Prohaska, infant daughter of Christopher and Jolene Fairbanks Prohaska, died Tuesday at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.
She was born Sept. 12 to Christopher and Jolene Fairbanks Prohaska.
Survivors include her parents; one brother, Zandor Prohaska; one sister, Jayden Prohaska; and grandparents, Michael (Rae) Peters of Camanche and David Battige of Adams Friendship, Wis.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother.
