Connie Ann Campbell

CAMANCHE — Connie Ann Campbell, 54, of Camanche, died Friday at her home.

Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Camanche.

Pallbearers will be Mike Schult, Mark McDonald, Glenn Anson, Matt Foster, Kevin King and Gary DeLacy.

She was born Nov. 21, 1951, in Clinton to Lewis and Vernal Anson Mace. She married Alan Campbell on June 11, 1983, in Camanche.

She was a 1970 graduate of Camanche High School.

She was a receptionist with Clinton Community College, J.D. Mott and Thrall Inc. for 23 years.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Camanche, and the Camanche Womens Bowling Association.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Kristin, at home; one brother, Stephen (Connie) Mace of Camanche; her mother- and father-in-law, John and Sheila Campbell of Oskaloosa; and two nieces.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established for an education fund for her daughter, Kristin, or may be made to the church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband and two children.

Death date: June 30, 2006

Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Lemke Funeral Homes, South Chapel, 2600 Lincoln Way.

SERVICES: 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The Rev. Karl Wolf will be officiating.
