HANOVER, Ill. — Phyllis Miller, 90, of Hanover, died Tuesday at Ennoble Manor Care Center, Dubuque.
She was born Feb. 25, 1916, to Otto and Ora Limage Reifsteck in Hanover. She married Carl L. Miller on Aug. 17, 1937. He died in 1992.
She attended Hanover public schools.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two daughters, Kay Bailey of Galena, Ill., and Barbara (Larson) James of Austin, Texas; one brother, Carl (Darlene) Reifsteck of Elizabeth, Ill.; one sister-in-law, Delores Reifsteck of Hanover; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one stepgreat-grandchild; one stepgreat-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
