Alice Kroeger

Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. today at Lemke Funeral Homes, South Chapel, 2600 Lincoln Way.

SERVICES: 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Judy Wolf officiating.

CLINTON — Alice Kroeger, 81, of Clinton, died Saturday at the Bluff Terrace Nursing Facility, Clinton.

Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Dan and Terry Greve, Brian and Chuck Galusha and Delbert Gruhn.

She was born March 15, 1925, in Teeds Grove to Arthur and Ida Huebner Greve. She married Lloyd Kroeger on June 12, 1946, in Clinton.

She graduated from Sabula High School in 1937.

She was a bank teller with Teeds Grove Savings Bank.

She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Andover.

Survivors include one daughter, Rebecca Kroeger of Clinton; one son, Richard Kroeger of Davenport; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; four sisters, Jeanette Gruhn of Miles, Visetta Leonard of Sabula, Donna (Donald) Galusha of Bryant and Yvonne (Maynard) Meier of Preston; two brothers, Lester (Shirley) Greve of Bryant and Willis (Glorianne) Greve of Bryant; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and three brothers.
