SERVICES: 2 p.m. Thursday at Davenport West Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 3801 N. Hillandale Road.

CALAMUS — Diana Leigh Roby, 45, of Calamus, died Monday at her home.

She was born May 11, 1961, in Davenport to Harry and Helen Shuck Walker. She lived on Big Island in Milan, Ill. She married Robert A. Roby on May 12, 2000, in Rock Island, Ill. They lived in Grand Mound and Calamus.

She began a 22-year career in physical training in Clinton where she established her first Jazzercise facility. Additional Jazzercise classes were taught in Milan and Moline, Ill., and Eldridge. She also was a physical trainer and Jazzercise instructor at the North Scott Fitness Center.

Survivors include her husband; one daughter, Alleigh Schomer, at home; three sons, Thomas Kopf and Christopher Schomer, both of Moline, and Allen Schomer Jr. of Florida; her mother, Helen Walker of Milan; her father, Harry Walker of Princeton, Iowa; three sisters, Cyndi White of DeWitt, Tamara Kuhlenbeck of Muscatine and Wendy Steele of Milan; one brother, Capt. Scott Walker of Gulfport, Miss.; her mother- and father-in-law, Wanda and Ron Roby of Princeton; one sister-in-law, Lori Rhodes of DeWitt; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
