MRS AUGUST IPSEN
Mrs August Ipsen, 63, died suddenly at 6:30 a.m. today in her home, 550 Eighteenth avenue south. Friends may call at the Snell funeral home beginning tomorrow. Services will be held there at 3 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Maurice E Lesher, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran church, officiating. Burial will be in Springdale cemetery.
Anna Blohm was born May 16, 1882 in Clinton, the daughter of William and Anna Blohm. Aug 26, 1903, she was married to August Ipsen in Rock Island, Ill. She was a charter member of the Clinton chapter Women of the Moose, and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church.
Surviving are her husband, two daughters, Mrs Albert Johannsen, 255 Twentieth place and Mrs Henry Voss, 546 eighteenth avenue south, two brothers Louis and John, of Clinton and four grandchildren. One son and three daughters preceded her in death.
