Dorothy “Emo” Domingue

Visitation: There will be no visitation.

SERVICES: 2 p.m. Monday at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Elizabeth. Law-Jones Funeral Home, Elizabeth, is in charge of arrangements.

ELIZABETH, Ill. — Dorothy “Emo” Domingue, 91, of Savanna, Ill., and formerly of Elizabeth, died Wednesday at Mercy Medical Center, Clinton.

She was born March 15, 1915, to Klaus Frank and Elsie Willis Wynia in Platte, S.D. She married Eugene John Domingue on May 6, 1950, in Chicago.

She was founder and co-owner of the Corral Restaurant, Elizabeth.

Survivors include two daughters, Linda Domingue of Elgin, Ill., and Charlotte (Richard) Herbert of Hanover, Ill.; one grandchild; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
