Mary Ann “Molly” Meyer

Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory.

SERVICES: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Prince of Peace Parish.

DUBUQUE — Mary Ann “Molly” Meyer, 74, of Dubuque and formerly of Clinton, died Monday at her home.

Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery, Clinton.

She was born March 10, 1932, in Dubuque to Charles and Georgina Rafferty Millius. She married Dr. William R. Meyer on June 8, 1957, in Dubuque. He died in 2000.

She was a 1950 graduate of St. Joseph’s Academy, Dubuque.

She was a member of Catholic Church of the Resurrection, Dubuque, and was a longtime member and organist at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Prince of Peace Parish.

She was employed as a salesperson with Younker’s, Dubuque, for the past 16 years. Prior to that, she had worked at Steven’s. She had also worked with Myers-Cox, Dubuque.

Survivors include two daughters, Anne (Gary) Meyer-McCright of Canton, Ill., and Maria (Dennis A.) Lemke of Clinton; two sons, Michael (Pat) Meyer of Norwalk and Stephen Meyer of Clinton; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one brother, Karl (Cindy) Millius of Dubuque.

Memorials may be made to Prince of Peace Parish or Church of the Resurrection.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
