John M. Tebbe

Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. today at Kingery Funeral Home, Bellevue.

SERVICES: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Bellevue, with the Rev. Stephen Meyer officiating.

BELLEVUE — John M. Tebbe, 84, of Bellevue, died Saturday at the Maquoketa Care Center.

Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

He was born Oct. 21, 1921, in Bellevue to John and Mary Helmle Tebbe.

He was a machinist with Clinton Engines and the Adams Co. before retiring in 1982.

Survivors include two brothers, Alfred Tebbe of Springbrook and Sylvester Tebbe of Preston; four sisters, Rosella Sullivan of Bellevue, Regina Clasen of Springbrook, LaVita Budde of Preston and Rosemary Dondlinger of Bellevue; two sisters-in-law, Marie Tebbe of Springbrook and Lois Tebbe of Preston; and many other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, four brothers and one sister.

Death date: June 3, 2006
