SERVICES: A memorial service was conducted Friday at New Beginnings Christian Fellowship Church, Jacksonville. A service will be conducted in DeWitt at a later date. The C.L. Page Mortuary, Jacksonville, was in charge of the arrangements.
ORANGE PARK, Fla. — Russell James Binnie, 44, of Orange Park, died March 28 at his home.
He was born Feb. 19, 1962, in Dundee, Ill.
He was a 1980 graduate of Northeast High School.
He served in the U.S. Navy.
When he retired from the Navy after 15 years, he moved to Orange Park where he owned Heritage PC Computers.
Survivors include his wife, Elise L. Carlson Binnie; one daughter, Courtney; his parents, Pat and Ralph Binnie of Goose Lake; three brothers, Randy (Liz) of Florissant, Mo., Rodd of Muscatine and Ryan (Elisha) of Clinton; and three nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
