Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna.
SERVICES: 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. A reception will follow at the Savanna Moose Lodge.
SAVANNA, Ill. — Evelyne Dorothy Beck, 91, of Savanna, died Tuesday at her home.
Burial will be in the Savanna Cemetery.
She was born Feb. 22, 1915, in Sperry to Anna and Joseph Kauffman.
She graduated from Thomson (Ill.) High School.
She worked for many years with the hospital in Savanna and Big Meadows Nursing Home.
She recently received her 60-year award from the Order of the Eastern Star and belonged to the Order of Moose Auxiliary.
Survivors include two daughters, Louise (Michael) Wilmot of Omaha, Neb., and Nelda Beck (husband, David Swessel) of Fayetteville, N.C.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one brother, Pete Kauffman of Mount Carroll.
She was preceded in death by her husband and two sons, one brother and five sisters.
