SERVICES: 11 a.m. Friday at the Evergreen Cemetery, Hanover. The Law-Jones Funeral Home, Hanover, is in charge of arrangements.
HANOVER, Ill. — Myrtle M. Breckenfelder, 90, of Hanover, died Saturday at the Elizabeth (Ill.) Nursing Home.
She was born Sept. 29, 1915, in Hanover to Earl and Mabel Wearmouth Chapman. She married Robert G. Breckenfelder on Sept. 21, 1940, in Clinton. He died in 1977.
She graduated from Hanover High School and later from Acme Business College, Lansing, Mich.
She was homemaker. She breeded and raised German shorthairs.
She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and was a lifetime member of the Lions Club in Hanover.
Survivors include one niece and one nephew; and one great-niece.
