SERVICES: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Ron Hopmeir will be officiating.
DESOTO, Mo. — Ronald Eugene “Ronny” Miller, 59, of DeSoto, died Friday.
Burial will be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo.
He was born April 4, 1946, in Davenport. He married Pamela McClain on July 19, 1969, in Iowa.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was a member of VFW Post 1831, DeSoto.
He was employed with the Chicago Northwestern and Union Pacific railroads working in warehouse supply.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Christopher Thomas Miller of DeSoto and Lee (Lucy) Metz of Clinton; one daughter, Mrs. Rhonda (David) Metz of DeSoto; one brother, Lawrence (Sharon) Miller of Texas; one sister, Mrs. Delores (Perry) Zimmerman of California; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son.
