Christian Hill

CLINTON — Christian L. Hill, 37, of Clinton, died Thursday at his home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory where a 7 p.m. prayer service will be conducted by the Rev. Keith Palmore. There will be additional services Friday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Broadview, Ill. Burial will be in Washington Memory Gardens, Homewood, Ill.

He was born March 4, 1968, in Chicago to Curtis and Eunice Schexnyder Hill.

He was a 1986 graduate of South Shore High School, Chicago.

He was employed as a truck driver with Bob Johnson Trucking, Delmar. He also was a carpenter in Chicago.

Survivors include one son, Paul Christian Hill of Chicago; one daughter, Lucy Brianna Hill of Decatur, Ill.; his mother and stepfather, Eunice and Marion Short of Clinton; two sisters, Zenina Marie Hill and Eunice Jamesetta Hill, both of Chicago; two brothers, Curtis James Hill III and Tyrone Hill, both of Chicago; several nieces and nephews; grandmother, Thelma Freeman of Tampa, Fla., one stepbrother, Marion J. Short of Chicago; three stepsons, Kimberly Short, Carla Short and Tamela Short, all of Chicago; and his companion, Debra Wynn and her son, Xavier Wynn, of Clinton with whom he shared his home.

He was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents.

The family requests that memorials be made to the family.
