The Clinton Herald Wednesday March 28, 2001 p. 6A The engagement and approaching marriage of Michele L. Crosthwaite and Robert W. Ringen have been announced. Parents of the couple are Ronadl Crosthwaite of DeWitt and Russ and Judy Jansen of Clinton; and the late Wilbur and the late Erma Ringer of Miles. Vows will be exchanged in a private ceremony April 7 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Preston. A reception is scheduled from 4 to 7:30 p.m. with a dance from 8 p.m. to midnight at the Preston Town Hall. Relatives and friends are invited to the reception. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Central High School in DeWitt and is employed with Rockwell Collins in Bellevue. Her fiance is a graduate of Preston High School and is employed with John Deere in Davenport.
