The Advertiser Friday November 2, 1923 p. 6 Court House News Mrs. Carroll Walsh Files Divorce Suit Mrs. Lorraine Walsh, through her attorney, E.L. Miller, this afternoon filed a divorce suit in the Clinton district court. It is entitled Lorraine Walsh vs. Carroll G. Walsh. Plaintiff states in her petition they were married on November 14, 1918, and lived together until October 29, 1923. The petition is based on grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment and on a statutory charge in which a New York girl is named. Permanent alimony is asked.
