The Clinton Herald Tuesday April 20, 1926 p. 6 Following a hearing before Judge D.V. Jackson in Clinton county district court this afternoon, a decree of divorce was awarded the plaintiff in the case of Mrs. Martin Morris vs. Martin Morris. The decree also awards Mrs. Morris the home residence and $5400 in cash. Although the defendant had previously made his appearance by an attorney, the case was not contested today.
