The Clinton Age, Clinton, Iowa, April 18, 1884

Mr. E. G. Lowrey, while spading his garden yesterday, ran one of the tines of the garden fork through his foot, and was laid up for several days. Lockjaw for a time was feared, although he is getting alright again, and will soon be able to take his place on his engine.
