The Clinton Age, Clinton, Iowa, January 21, 1876

ROBBED - Willie Sears, son of F. J. Sears, formerly a resident of this city but now a resident of Ind., had his valise stolen from the waiting room at the depot while waiting for the train one morning last week. The valise contained $65 worth of property, including a $25 cornet. Young Sears had been spending the holidays in this city and was enroute home. No clue to the robber has been attained.
