Mr. John Grinnell, well known on this city, where he has lived in respectable bachelorhood for many years, was joined in wedlock to Miss Margaret Seymour of Gloucestershire, England, at the residence of Col. Van Deventer on the evening of the 6th inst. The “contracting parties” were children together in the old country, and their marriage, after so long a separation, each having remained single up until this time, smacks of the romantic. We wish the happy John and his bride a lifetime of joy and peace.
