It has been along time since you have posted the email on the clayton county website...but I'm wondering if you have found any information... I've been searching also I believe might be the same name Jacobson, Bergritte Knudtson 1839-1928. Her biography looks to appear to have alot of the same information, names, etc. I was trying to find out who had lived in an old schoolhouse back in 1886. It was listed as Berget Knudson and then latter Olavus Jacboson. This schoolhouse has been gone for many years but was on my family farm near Gunder/Elgin Iowa (Loftsgard).

Hoping to hear back.
