I cannot believe it-- now Louise is born in Germany. This has been a real merry-go-round for thirty years.
I just looked at my notes. They say thatLouise had one brother--J. C. Jahreiss and several Jahreiss step brothers.
I believe her husband did run a tavern in Owatonna. The question still is what happened to William Travis, her first husband. All her grand nieces and nephews spoke of her as Travis. I shall keep looking. Marie
