William Partlow, Sperry Twp

Looking for more info on William Partlow, born 1809 Lower Quebec,Canada and married married Mariah Stokes. Mariah died in 1852 and I believe William married again. There is a William Partlow on the 1870 Census of Sperry Twp, Clayton Co. showing his wife Fanny and daughters Mary and Maria. William's daughter by first marriage was Rachel Partlow Fox and also lived in Sperry in 1870.

I need to find out where William died as he is not on the 1880 census for Iowa
