27TH IOWA INFANTRY

My wife and I have been collecting items related to the 27th Iowa Infantry for many years. Many of the soldiers were from the Clayton County area. We hope to publish the works some day so as to widely share them with others that may be interested. We show our items throughout the year at various shows and people get a real kick out of the collection. At risk of sounding presumptuous, which is not my intention, if anyone has 27th items they are willing to part with, we would be glad to make you an offer.
