You didn't give the name of the farm owner, but looking at the Warner & Foote Atlas, 1886 ....
in Giard twp., approx. 1 mi. west of Beulah is the Christian Miller farm, composed of 40 acres in section 20 and 80 acres adjoining to the south in section 29. The Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul RR traverses the property in the northern part of section 29.

The Ogle Atlas, 1902 shows the same property as described above. By 1914, the Webb Publishing Atlas shows that the land ownership has changed - the land in section 29 being owned by John Seeland & the land in section 20 owned by Joseph Lotza. 1950 farm maps show that the land remains in the Seeland & Lotza families. I didn't look at any more recent maps.
