Lisa,
I have no first hand knowledge, but imagine that the case record & judgement paperwork has been archived. Contacting the court house directly is your best option unless someone living locally (in or near Elkader) will go to the court house for you. The people at the court house will know which department can help (ie: clerk of court or someone else).

More than likely they would pull the record, photocopy it & either scan or mail it to you. The charge would be for copy fees and postage.

Is there anyone in/around Elkader that can help Lisa?
