I found a marriage for Olive A. Burgess and Ben Cumley on 24 Nov 1894 in Knox, Illinois.
I found a marriage and death for Lillie Cumley. She married Henry McDaniel of Davenport, Scott, IA (a train switchman) and had at least 3 children, Minnie(1888), Bennie(Oct 89) and Fern(Hilda) 1899. Lillie died before 1910 as Henry is a widower by then with only Fern living with him.
A death record would be found in book 5 page 17 of Scott Co Records. I could not find a date online. That would however be valuable as an Obituary notice in a paper may report whereabouts (and surnames) of her mother and siblings if still alive. The Scott Geenalogy Society may be able to do a lookup for the obit.

Hilda Fern(or Fern Hilda) daughter of Lillie, married George A. Dickman of Mantis, Illinois in 1920 in Rock Island, Il . She lived from 22 Nov 1899 to Mar 1996 according to the SSDI. She died in Latham, Logan, IL.

Thats a start at least without resource to Ancestry.com or one of the other commercial sites
