I am looking for any information that anyone may have regarding my Great Great Grandparents Mathias and Dorothea Kafar Family. Have been finding records of various name changes that also occurred in that family that changed it to spell Kafer and Kaffar. In a 1886 Land ownership map I located them to own land just south of Elkport. They gave birth to 11 kids total, some of which I have been able to locate in some Clayton county cemeteries under the spelling of Kafer. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
