John Henry Wiegand

Looking for any land records or Naturalization for John Henry Wiegand, born 1834 in Hesse-Kassel Germany and living in Clayton County from about 1859-1890. I'm trying to find his parents names and have hit a brick wall. I have census records, obit and death certificate but no mention of his parents. Obit does say he was born in Sandusky Ohio but I believe that is incorrect. 1900 Census says he came in 1846 which would make him about age 12 so I assume he was with his parents. I've also been looking in Ohio records but can't find anything. I'm pretty certain he was married in Clayton County in 1859 (to Catherine Smasal) but haven't found that marriage record either.

Does anyone have access to the courthouse records that might be able to dig a bit? I'm willing to pay you for your time!
