Ingelbret Olson

Ingelbret (Inglebright) Olson died in the Civil War. His widow (name unknown) apparently died soon after. They had a daughter Ingeborg, born 20 Sept 1863. I am assuming that this daughter appears in the 1870 census of Marion Township on page 14 as Isabell Inglebretson, living in the household of Turkel Tomson.

I wonder if the probate records of Clayton County would contain any reference to the child, such as the appointing of a guardian. Is anyone familiar with the court records of Clayton County able to provide me any guidance?
