Alfred and Maxy (Brumbley/Brombley) Kellogg

Does anyone have any further information about Alfred Kellogg and/or his wife Maxy Brumbley/Brombley/Bromley? They were both born in CT. Alfred around 1800, Maxy around 1805. It might've been Chatham, Middlesex, CT, but I haven't been able to confirm that. They were in Bloomfield, Ontario County, NY by 1822 and had at least 4 sons there: Samuel J., Alden, William F., and Charles. Around 1845 they came to Clayton County, IA. They were in the Lodomillo Census up through 1870, then Alfred was in the Cox Creek one in 1880. Maxy seems to have died between 1860-1870, and Alfred died after 1880. I can't find any record of their deaths, cemetery location etc. I'd like to know that info, as well as anything on their ancestry, or where in CT they were from etc. Thanks for any help, ideas, suggestions!
