Mcguires in Iowa.

Hello..My gggrandmother Catherine Farry Mcguire died 1859 and was buried in Clermont, Fayette County Iowa.She was born @ 1797(1793?) Her husbend was James McGuire, born 1797 and died Dec 10, 1873.They lived in Grand Meadow, Clayton County. There is no specific date for Catherine, but would there be any way of finding any newspaper announcement of her death??Many thanks for any help.
