Cedar Rapids Gazette, June 16 1961, Cedar Rapids, Iowa:

ELKADER-Jessie B. Moyna, 63, a bailiff in the
Clayton county sheriff's office for the last 11 years died Thursday in a Prairie du Chein hospital.

Born Nov. 25, 1898 near Elkader, Iowa, she was married to John Moyna Oct. 29, 1924. He died in 1954. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. James Stewart,2 sons Cecil and Edward, 4 brothers Merritt Alderson of Elkader, Miles, Ray, and Ellsworth Alderson of Strawberry Point; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Services: Saturday at 9 a.m. in St. Joseph's Catholic and church. Rosary Friday at 8 p.m. in Witt funeral home.
