Funeral services for Mrs. Fred Hock, 45, were held Wednesday at 11 a.m. from the St. Sebald Lutheran church, the Rev. Paul Eilers officiating. Interment was in the adjoining cemetery. Mrs. Hock died Sunday, June 27, in a hospital at Rochester, Minn., following an operation.

Helena, daughter of Carl and Marie Baumgartner, was born near Strawberry Point, Jan. 07, 1898. She married Fred Hock, Nov. 08, 1917, and the couple had been farming in the St. Sebald community, northwest of town.

Surviving are four children, Llewellyn of St. Paul, Minn.; Vera, Evelyn and Fred, Jr., at home; three sisters and three brothers, Mrs. George Nodurft, Mrs. William Weger and Mrs. William Glass, and Emil Baumgartner of Strawberry Point, Carl Baumgartner of Crete, Nebr., and the Rev. John Baumgartner of George, Iowa.
