Clayton County Register, 18 Dec. 1940.

MONONA: Funeral services for Mrs. Hannah Sieg were held at one thirty Saturday afternoon from the Herman Kuester home and at two o'clock from the Pilgrim Evangelical church, the Rev. Harvey W. Raduege officiated and burial was made in the Council Hill cemetery.

Surviving her are her daughter, Minnie, two brothers, Herman Kuester with whom she lived and Ferdinand Kuester and one sister, Mrs. Charles Fett. The sympathy of the community is extended to the bereaved.
