GARNAVILLO: Funeral services for Adam Oelfke were held here from Dickman's funeral home on Tuesday afternoon with the Masonic Lodge A.F. and A.M. in charge.

Mr. Oelfke spent almost his entire life in and around Garnavillo, having served as janitor in the public school here for a number of years. He then moved to Clayton where he made his home until he was taken ill and then he was moved to the Stoeffler home in Guttenberg where he died last Saturday after a long illness.
