Clayton County Register, 10 Apr. 1940.

GUTTENBERG: Mrs. Joe Risselman died at her home on Friday morning about 4:30 o'clock. She had been ailing for some time. One son, Ben, one brother and a few other relatives mourn her death.

Mrs. Risselman had been a member of St. Mary's church all of her life and was a faithful member.

Funeral services were held at St. Mary's church Monday morning at 9:00 o'clock The Rev. Joseph Dupont officiated at the church and the cemetery.

Burial was made in St. Mary's cemetery*.

Note: another obituary, published in the Guttenberg Press, gives burial in Mt. Olivet. The obit of her husband Joseph (d. 1908) gives his burial in the "new" cemetery. Mt. Olivet is newer than St.Mary's cemetery. Neither have an extant gravestone. Correct surname is RIESSELMAN
