STRAWBERRY POINI: Funeral services for N. E. Scovel of Arlington, formerly of this place, were held Friday morning at the St. Mary's church, conducted by Rev. J. P. Boyle. Burial was made in the Cox Creek cemetery. Surviving are his wife, formerly Julia Kenneally, and two daughters, Mrs. Ursaleen Squires, of Arlington, and Mrs. Richard Aeschelman of Wadena, and a son Eugene of Decorah. Mr. Scovel died at the Mercy hospital in Oelwein, Wednesday, after a lingering illness.
