MONONA: Funeral services foe John Mista, Jr., aged 36, were held at 9:00 Tuesday morning from St. Patrick's Catholic church, the pastor, Rev. Father Luke Donlon sang the mass of requiem.
Surviving him are: his mother, Mrs. Mary Mista; two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Girot and Mrs. Mary Strien, all of Monona, and one brother, Joseph J. Mista, of Decorah.
John Mista was a quiet, accomodating young man, as all will testify his experience as clerk in the E. G. Kaiser grocery. He was born and reared in Monona and graduated from the local high school, class of 1920, attended business college in Cedar Rapids, in which city he was employed, later going to Chicago and thence to Arizona when tuberculosis developed. During his years of illness he love_ his Maker, and in his sufferings was comforted by the thought he was well prepared.
The body arrived in Monona on Monday afternoon, from Tulsa, and Tuesday morning were laid to rest beside his father in the family lot in the city cemetery.
