Clayton County Register, 12 Jan. 1938.

Guttenberg: Saturday evening when Mrs. Ed. Tinkey returned home from the neighbor's she was shocked to find the lifeless body of her husband sitting on a chair with his head resting on his arm on the table.

Mr. and Mrs. Tinkey have been residents of this city for several years. He is survived by his wife. One son preceded him in death.

Mr. Tinkey had been in good health, and the community was shocked to hear of his death.
