Ilse Henke, age 85, Village of Crivitz resident died September 4, 1997 at her home.

The former Ilse Becker was born Jun 9, 1912 in Germany. She married Friedrich Henke in 1936. He preceded in death in 1995.

She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Crivitz.

Surviving are her daughter Karin (Ray) Wanholm of Crivitz; 2 sons, Peter (Martha) Henke of Medinah, IL and Manfried (MaryAnn) Henke of Strawberry Point, Iowa; one brother, Otto (Hildburg) Becker of Germany, 5 grandchildren, Christine Berardy and Alvin Wanholm both of Crivitz, Janice Bell and Glen (Julie) Henke of Des Moines, Iowa and Penny Henke of Strawberry Point, Iowa; 3 great-grandchildren, Rachel, Craig and Ashley.

Rev. Mark Hannemann officiated. Burial at Strawberry Point Cemetery.
