MONONA: Funeral services for Henry F. Bonker, aged 73 years, were held Saturday afternoon from the Lutheran Evangelical church with burial in the Lutheran cemetery. The pastor, Rev. H. W. Siefkes officiated.
Surviving Mr. Bonker are the widow, Mrs. Henry F. Bonker; one sister, Mrs. August W. Kregel of Monona, and two brothers, Herman and Charles Bonker, both of Manly, Iowa.
Mr. Bonker was a true Lutheran, a loving husband and brother and a good neighbor and friend to all. Monona has indeed lost one of its outstanding citizens. The sympathy of the community is extended Mrs. Bonker in her loss.
